Delivery (shipping) and replacement policy
The ordered products are delivered with an attached delivery note, and the electronic invoice for the payment is sent by e-mail.
Purchased products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer as the delivery address. The costs for delivery of the order (if any) will be clearly presented, separated and easily visible in relation to the price of the product/service.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer check it, whether the delivery corresponds to the order and in the presence of the supplier to determine that it is in good condition or, at the same time should complain if the shipment isn’t in good condition.
The buyer can use the right for replacement within 5 days from the day of collection, i.e. product delivery.
The following legal conditions apply to the exercise of the right to replacement:
- The product was not used;
- Preserved: appearance and factory labels of the product;
When submitting a request for replacement, the accompanying documentation that was issued to the consumer together with the box must be attached.
After the expiration of the period of 5 days from the day of collection, i.e. delivery of the product, the consumer loses the right to replace the product on this basis.
